"It's not necessarily the staff's fault that some customers decide to be on the phone speaker, either while waiting for their order or while enjoying it as they sit at the table. However, the manager should be allowed to say something to these folks. Inclusion, since Starbucks is all about that, shouldn't mean that every rude person out there deserves the perks of a business like this."

"This is my favorite Starbucks in the area! The entire staff is consistently kind and efficient, but I have to give a special shoutout to Scott. He is always so pleasant to see and has a way of making every interaction feel truly genuine, a warm smile goes a long way, It’s such a nice way to start the morning. His positive energy and kind gestures really set the tone for the day. I really hope management recognizes him for his amazing service and the positive energy he brings to the team!"

"I am a frequent visitor to many of the Starbucks locations in Darien and Stamford, and the Darinor location is excellent. The in-house service is fast and friendly, and even though there may be a wait, the orders are filled as promptly as possible and I have never had a mistake with any of them. I have only eaten inside one time, and the only problem I had was that the music was a little loud. (Not unusual for most of the Starbucks I visit.) I love that this location has a drive-thru, and that is my preferred way to order, especially at night or in bad weather. Yes, the line of cars is sometimes long, but this is such a popular place that it comes as no surprise. Another wonderful feature for me is that this location is open until 9:30 PM which is so perfect for a last-minute decision to grab a latte! Be aware, though, that if you are a night owl like me, you may find many of your favorite items all sold out before you get there. (That's the price of being such a popular location, I guess!) I always enjoy coming here, chatting with the employees and getting some great food and delicious coffee drinks!"

"Nice branch of Starbucks with drive-through and mobile ordering. The option to dine in exists, though the few tables were not properly cleaned, with crumbs all over. Merchandise attractively displayed and organized. Staff friendly. Bathroom clean, with Dyson Airblade and mounted changing table. Parking plentiful in the surrounding lots. Gorgeous photography on display depicting the people and processes involved in coffee’s production."
